OSAYUKI JENNIFER IGHODALO

JENNIFER  obtained her LL.B., degree from the University of Nigeria and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in November 2014. She is an internationally trained lawyer and previously based in Manhattan, New York. Osayuki is a part of the Capital Market and Corporate Finance team of the Firm and advises various clients on legal issues arising under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, Investment and Securities Act, the Rules and Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. She also provides Company Secretarial & Regulatory compliance. Her other areas of practice include family law, immigration law, and real estate.

Osayuki works very hard for her clients and can quickly assess and give a client the broad view of what the client’s options may be. Clients benefit from her keen attention to every important detail. She always as a first option, tries to settle matters amicably prior to proceeding to court, thereby reducing her clients’ stress and costs.
